We celebrated the 4th at the cabin as usual, the weather wasn't nice AT ALL and we didn't really get to enjoy any time outside but we still had fun! We left Dexter at my paretns house to recover for his injury and took Milton with us, even though dogs aren't allowed at the cabin during family holidays! But he was such a good boy! He stayed out of people's way and did his own thing most of the time, he was very relaxed and calm, which isn't normal for him but I think he missed Dexter a little! Gunner was in LOVE with him, so they played together in the play pen :-) See above!!
Shawn and I went to visit Dex today and he is getting better VERY VERY slowly, hope we can hold off a few more months before surgery .. no job yet but still hopeful!

Milton has his Mommas eyes and his Dads mouth what a handsome guy. Cant believe he is almost 1
