Shawn and I left with pugs to toe and headed to Seattle to see what the Seattle Pug Rescue Pug Gala was all about. It was a LONG trip - 8 hours to be exact, but totally work it. We enjoyed time with about 700 other pugs and I think a great time was had by all. We left on Friday May 7 around 11:30 and arrived at our house (YES A HOUSE- my parents house to be exact) unpacked and then headed to Carnation Washington to have dinner with our friend Heather (our dog trainer) and some of her friends. We had a great time meeting new people and enjoying a very different meal than we are used to. After the gala on Saturday we went to Shoreline Washington and had dinner with my brother Darin and his g/f Ashley. We had a nice chat and then went home and early to bed since we left early Sunday morning (8am to be exact) so we could be home to spend mothers day with family!! Great Trip!
